Google cache issues

For some reason cache does not seem to work properly (google caches the mobile theme). See for example this page. I wonder why that is.

Ideally google shouldn't cache it at all...
I could add code to force no spidering but they could lead to unexpected results...

You mean there would be some sort of penalization if one adds a disallow in robots.txt?

Well, it has been mobile-first indexing for quite some time, so I don't see any other way other than not having a (different) mobile theme.
