Hello Dragoon, first of all...awesome work on the mobile theme.
I am well impressed with your work, the layout and design. Truly a mobile experience !!!

I wish to purchase this package.

But have some doubts to be cleared first:
1. Will this package automatically use the mobile theme when visited from mobile device ? Or we have to manually select "Mobile Mode"
2. I dont wish to have any footer links except Simple Machines. Will you remove it for my purchase ?
If you are providing this footer link in a view to get your work traffic, then I can assure you I will direct many users to purchase this awesome mobile theme.
3. As I am a student, the price tag of $20 is a real concern. May I get some discounts in it ?
$10-$12 would have been a savior to me. If not, no worries...I know how hard you worked upon this theme.
4. Will this theme affect the default basic theme of SMF forum ?

One more concern I have:
I have 2 different SMF forums running. Will I have to make separate purchases for both ($20 + $20 = $40/year) or one purchase($20/year) would do ?

Well, that's kind of strange?  Perhaps die2, you could send the money to someone you know outside of the country, and have them send it to Dragoon for you.  I would honestly offer to help, but got burnt bad on too many paypal transactions trying to trust other people.

He has been active.  But I think there's nothing more he can do about your situation.  It's paypal's regulations blocking the transaction, and not a whole lot he can do about that.
