Is there a button somewhere on this theme while in mobile version to switch to "full site"?

Is there a way to change the background from white to black and letters to white?  I dont see a styles.exe.

Full site option is working fine.. but how to switch back to mobile theme?? Some times it is not switching back to mobile theme until I go to incognito mode on mobile browser.. pls respond on this..
